Out of 12 years of work in the hospitality industry, the last 6 years Evgeny has spent working in a bar. He started his career, as many do, as a waiter, gradually working his way up from serving in small family cafes to organising events for top government officials.

He currently holds the position of bar manager of Ikura restaurant of WRF alliance, as well as operational bar manager of Cohiba Atmosphere cigar club. In addition, he is a speaker at Roman Toroshchin's training centre and a mentor-mentor at the CRAFT BAR SKILLS online school.

Among Evgeny's numerous achievements is the title of absolute champion of the CRAFT BAR SKILLS competition in three nominations.
