Alexey entered the cigar business in 2011, when the industry was just actively developing. He began his career in one of the best cigar clubs in Moscow as a sales assistant. Thanks to his deep understanding of cigar culture and high standards of service, Alexey quickly worked his way up to senior manager of a central Moscow private club, becoming one of the most recognisable fumillier specialists in Moscow.

In 2018 Alexey received an international sommelier diploma.
